It was just my teen and me. We were either a short walk or an Uber away from everything. The walk to the beach was short and easy, and it is a gorgeous beach!! My son is gluten free and fell in love with all of the choices including the 2 Lilac restaurants that are 100% gluten free. The unit does have a bit of a musty smell for those that are sensitive, but I just bring my air purifier when I travel and didn't have any problems. Thank you!!

Great little place within walking distance to the beach and pier. There are nice restaurants, bars and shops close by. Very easy check in and check out. Over all the experience was great and easy.

Christopher's place was perfectly located for a downtown stay in Santa Barbara. The location is right next to the Rail Station and it is possible to cut across the station on foot just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment, making access to Santa Barbara's downtown scene incredibly convenient!

This was a very comfy for a family of three. The bed is huge! Tv worked great. Couch was comfortable. Everything was around us! Beach is walking distance. Many restaurants were also walking distance. 1 car assigned parking which is a plus and there was parking on the street too. The only hiccup about this place would be, someone is smoking cigarettes and or either outside or from another apartment and the smells linger inside the apartment we stayed in. It kinda went away with a few opening of windows and the fans around the apartment. Other than that our experience was amazing. If the owner would have us back i would love to stay here again.
